Robert Vaters, President & Chief Executive Officer, Board Member
Robert is an accomplished leader in the healthcare space with over 30 years of experience the last 18 of which were within the Medical Device sector. He’s built and expanded global companies, both private and public, leading capital raising, strategy and expansion. His previous experiences include being a Partner at Newport Group with a focus on the Healthcare sector, CEO of Orthofix International a public medical device company in Dallas where he was a finalist for the Dallas Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year award. In additions Bob has been a CFO of three public companies including Inamed which was successfully sold to Allergan in 2006 for $3.2 billion. Bob has also been on four public company boards and presently is on the Board of Directors of HydroWorx, a PA water therapy, company in addition to being on the Board of Directors of eSight.
Bob graduated from St. Francis College. He holds an MBA from Fordham University and has completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School.
Brian McCollum, Chief Commercial Officer
Brian is a seasoned industry leader, bringing with him more than 20 years of operational, financial and healthcare experience. Prior to joining eSight, Brian worked at Precedent Health, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer, driving the company to a strategic exit in 2018. Additionally, he worked at Orthofix International in progressive leadership positions from Chief Financial Officer, to eventually leading as President of Global Spine Business Unit. During his tenure at Orthofix, Brian was responsible for expanding distribution globally, fostering new business partnerships and overseeing the business development strategy.
Brian graduated from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian College and holds a BA in Business Administration. He will be dividing his time between the US and Canada.
Gregory Ogorek, Chief Operating Officer & President, eSight international
Gregory is an avid entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in 6 different countries: USA, Canada, France, Czech Republic, Poland, and Romania. Prior to joining eSight, Gregory worked with companies including Europ Assistance, Webhelp and Spir, where he served a variety of senior leadership roles including Vice President of Sales. Additionally, Gregory spent several years working at AT Kearney, where he served as Senior Manager with engagements focused on improving sales and business performance in new technology companies. Gregory is an experienced entrepreneur as Founder/co-Founder at 4 Start-Ups and has had 2 successful exits to date.
Gregory holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from ICS Business School and attended executive program courses from the University of California, Berkeley.
Charles Lim, Chief Technology Officer
Charles Lim is a global technology expert with 20 years of experience and a proven record of scaling businesses. Previously, Charles worked in progressive global senior leadership positions with IMAX where he led strategy, operations and business development during a key moment in the company’s rapid growth stage. He’s also acted as a consultant with MaRS Discovery District where he worked closely with technology startups to ensure their success and was a key player in building the MaRS technology innovation ecosystem. Charles has successfully led engineering teams developing leading edge fiber optic broadcast systems, consumer electronics and aerospace technologies that earned him multiple awards including the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Award of Excellence.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ryerson University, and an MBA from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He has also completed executive level courses at Harvard Business School.
